Important Reminders: You have to use your airtime within a certain number of days after deposited on your account. The more time you buy, the longer your minutes last. Top up with $15 and you have 30 days to use your minutes. Top up with $25 or $50, and you get 60 days.

Dial #321 from your Bell Mobility Prepaid phone (free of charge) or 1 888 537 9999 from any other phone, to add additional funds to your account. Just follow the voice instructions.

Your Account will reflect the new airtime and expiry date within 48 hours.
Unused funds will expire after that period.
The voucher is non-refundable.
No refund or replacement for a lost or stolen PIN, unauthorized use of the service, or the expired whole or part of a PIN.
