All Time Calling Card delivers all advertised calling time for any number of domestic or international calls. Please note however, that after the first minute, the balance of the card is debited in blocks of 4 minutes (1, 5, 9, 13, 17, etc… minute calling time increment).
We recommend using the full balance of your card within the first 3 days after first use (40¢ fee deducted from the remaining balance 3 days after the first call, and every 3 days thereafter (no fee until the first use).
